Robotics Regional Sales Manager (Multiple Locations)


This high visibility position is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to work with a team of extraordinarily impressive, bright, focused, and motivated professionals in an environment that encourages and rewards out of the box creativity and entrepreneurial drive.  The successful candidate will leverage an already established market footprint and will develop and implement a sales strategy for the addressable market in the assigned territory.


The Regional Sales Manager will execute a standardized sales process including prospecting, lead generation/qualification/follow-up, and order closing focusing on maximizing value.

  • Cultivating relationships with Automation System Integrators and managing and driving business through a distribution channel.
  • Identify with the Channel Sales Manager to identify new distribution partners
  • Call on end-users, automation integrators and authorized distribution partners in the territory
  • Schedule and manage distributor and integrator events (Open Houses, lunch and learns)
  • Work alongside application engineers to drive proof of concept development and application design comfortability for end-users, partners and integrators
  • Present monthly business reviews to the senior leadership team.


  • Bachelor’s Degree, technical/engineering focus preferred
  • Experience selling in the industrial automation industry
  • Minimum 3 years of selling experience with proven 100% quota achievement
  • Experience working in a sales organization which utilizes a distributor model
  • Experience with the daily use and administration of or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Sales professionals that are accountable and behavior-driven to achieve numbers
  • Ability to build a territory through proactive prospecting and lead generation
  • Ability to sell into multiple channels including Automation System Integrators, Distributors and Direct Accounts

Principal Robotics_Software Engineer (Metro Boston)


Minimum qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent;
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience, or 8+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of advanced academic training beyond a BS;
  • Experience designing robotic systems that operate in unstructured environments, ideally for industrial automation applications;
  • Understanding of robot manipulation challenges, including sensors, perception, kinematics, motion planning, and controls;
  • Ability to debug/troubleshoot complex robotic systems;
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++;
  • Comfortable developing software in a Linux environment;
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in the creation and maintenance of documentation;

Preferred qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, with specialization in robotics;
  • 12+ years of experience in product development organizations, designing and implementing robotic systems;
  • Prior experience with robotic manipulation and grasping in unstructured environments;
  • Experience with machine vision or machine learning targeting manipulation based applications;
  • Experience with OpenCV;
  • Experience with ROS;
  • Experience with “best practices” such as issue tracking, static code checking, and automated testing;
  • Versatility in other disciplines (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering) or “Maker” experience.

Robotics Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Web)


The ideal candidate will have prior experience developing software in a full stack JavaScript environment, using a variety of modern web technologies and frameworks. You will be comfortable tackling everything from collaboration with product teams to defining the UI/UX and product features, as well as implementing the entire solution, including graphical assets, front end HTML/CSS/JS, backend REST API’s and database schemas.

• Owning (including designing and implementing) the web UI and backend services that control our robotic systems
• Collaborating with Engineering, Business Development, Product, and Project Management teams to define product features and overall customer experience
• Performing system testing and debug activities
• Other duties that will help you grow as a professional

Experience/Education Requirements
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, in a full stack developer role
• 3+ years of experience in a full stack JavaScript environment with node.js on the backend and React.js (or similar framework) on the front end
• Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals and how to design and implement RESTful API’s
• Experience with basic UI design and styling, using HTML/CSS and frameworks like Bootstrap, Prime Faces, etc.
• Experience with various database solutions, including both relational and document store models
• Experience with data processing and visualization solutions, e.g. ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar
• Proficient developing software in a Linux environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in the creation and maintenance of documentation
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional individual performance in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently but also thrives in highly integrated and diverse team environments

Preferred qualifications
• Experience configuring and deploying to both cloud and on-premise servers
